We began helping chiropractors by forming PM&A in 1988 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our ultimate goal with each doctor is to bring about Practice Freedom. That is, creating a business that runs itself separate from the personality of the owner, allowing him or her to be free to live a balanced and prosperous life.
Our objective was then, as it is now, to help chiropractors develop and manage their businesses by providing personal consulting, coaching and teaching – all customized for each doctor.
We have worked with all types of health care facilities, from dentists, dermatologists, podiatrists, D.O.’s, medical doctors, but have specialized in the chiropractic profession. We both believe in and practice the natural approach to health care and the chiropractic life style.

Lisa Barnett
Lisa J. Barnett joined Petty, Michel and Associates in December 2015. Her expertise lies in the area of credentialing services for providers and obtaining tax identification numbers for new providers.
Her attention to detail is by far her greatest attribute making the cumbersome task of credentialing a breeze for her clients.
Lisa has also expanded her services to include Practice Appraisals.Read more
Phyllis Frase
Ms. Phyllis Frase joined Petty, Michel and Associates in the Fall of 2007.
Some of you know her from her work with the Parker Seminars where she has been a team teacher since 1998. Maybe you or your staff have heard her at a state convention in Georgia, Maine, Tennessee, South Dakota, Kentucky, or Wisconsin, where she frequently lectures and provides staff training. Linda Skiles
We are pleased to have Linda Skiles as a member of our administrative team.
A resident of Lyons, WI, an author, mother of three young men, and grandmother of three, Linda joined Petty, Michel and Associates in August 2001.
As a lifelong patient of chiropractic, her career began in the Fall of 1985 as a Chiropractic Assistant, bringing with her various skills and expertise in the clerical area. Under the guidance of the doctor she proceeded to learn all support areas of the office and was quickly promoted to Office Manager.
She left the office setting in 2001 at which time she joined with Petty, Michel and Associates as the Client Services Coordinator. Read more
