- Credential and enroll providers with appropriate and available third-party payer networks.

2. Complex Insurance Problem Solving
Some insurance problems don’t fit neatly into a billing procedure.
We help investigate and resolve difficult issues involving:
- Claim denials
- Claim rejections
- Eligibility and benefits
- Unexpected payments
- EOB questions
- Authorization issues
- Payer inconsistencies
- Documentation problems
- Other difficult-to-resolve insurance issues
The objective: Find out what happened, determine what can be done, and help get the issue resolved and collect the revenue.
3. SYSTEMS- Develop Customized Billing and Collection Systems
Every practice is different.
We review the way your practice handles patient and insurance collections—from the patient’s first visit through final payment—and help develop a system that fits your individual practice.
This may include:
- Implementing effective patient financial agreements
- Eligibility and benefits verification
- Insurance billing procedures
- Claim follow-up
- Payment posting
- Denial management
- A/R follow-up
- Staff responsibilities
- Reporting and accountability
- Patient Statements and collecting at time of services
The objective: Create a repeatable system that improves collections and reduces problems.
4. Accounts Receivable Recovery
Old A/R doesn’t necessarily mean uncollectible A/R.
We can review outstanding insurance balances and help identify:
- Accounts that need follow-up
- Claims that need correction or resubmission
- Potentially collectible balances
- Recurring causes of aging A/R
- Opportunities to improve future patient and third-party payer collections
The objective: Turn outstanding A/R into collected revenue whenever possible—and reduce future aging.
5. Insurance Payment and Underpayment Review
Are your insurance companies paying what they should?
We can review insurance payments and compare them with expected reimbursement based on available information, contracts, fee schedules and patient benefits.
The objective: Identify potential underpayments and determine whether additional follow-up is warranted.
6. Denial & Rejection Analysis
A denial is more than a claim that wasn’t paid.
Repeated denials can indicate a problem in the practice’s system.
We can analyze denials and rejections to identify patterns and help determine:
What is happening?
Why is it happening?
How can we prevent it from happening again?
7. A/R & Collections Analysis
We can analyze your insurance A/R to give you a clearer picture of where your money is sitting.
We can look at:
- Total insurance A/R
- Aging
- Payer performance
- Collection trends both patient and payer
- Problem accounts
- Denial patterns
- Staff follow-up
The objective: Help the owner understand the health of the insurance side of the practice.
8. Insurance Staff Training
Sometimes the problem isn’t the billing system.
It’s that staff haven’t been given a clear, consistent process.
We can help train your team in areas such as:
- Financial Consultations
- Insurance verification
- Benefits
- Billing procedures
- Claim follow-up
- EOBs
- Denials
- A/R management
- Collection procedures
The objective: Give your staff the knowledge and systems they need to do the job correctly and consistently.
