But you are. So is everyone on your team.<\/p>\n<p>Not only by the service you provide, but by the example you set.<\/p>\n<p>What is leadership? Let\u2019s take a look to see if you fit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cLeadership is not about who you are or where you sit. It\u2019s about what you do to make a difference in the lives of others.\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 Jim Kouzes &amp; Barry Posner, <em>The Leadership Challenge<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 Simon Sinek<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cLeaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others.\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 John C. Maxwell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I think you\u2019ll have to agree, both you and your team are leaders. Servant leaders in chiropractic and your healthcare practice.<\/p>\n<p>But, as you know, leadership is tough. It isn&#8217;t easy.<\/p>\n<p>But you did it in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>You helped others in big ways and small, regardless of your role.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible, quite likely in fact, that you may not have acknowledged the vital role you and your teammates played in the wellbeing of others last year.<\/p>\n<p>Why not? Well (lol) \u2026 because of all the #@#% that occurs when trying to get things done. The list can go on and on\u2026 there is so much noise and changes that occur in practice that sometimes it is difficult to see the road we are on.<\/p>\n<p>But, you made it through another year. And in your wake, people are better.<\/p>\n<p>All of us at Petty, Michel and Associates are proud to work with you.
