It depends<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-2s63b\" class=\"xVISr Y9Dpf WkT0MK OZy-3 lnyWN T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"B2EFF public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">\u201cListening to music has a positive impact on our health, by helping us recover faster when we experience stress and through the reduction of stress hormone cortisol, to help us achieve a calm state or homeostasis.\u201d \u2013 Alex Doman<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-6q3q8\" class=\"xVISr Y9Dpf WkT0MK OZy-3 lnyWN T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"B2EFF public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\"><strong>Music can improve health.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-evm8k\" class=\"xVISr Y9Dpf WkT0MK OZy-3 lnyWN T3Ond1 WkT0MK public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"B2EFF public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Research from <a class=\"TWoY9 itht3\" href=\"https:\/\/royalsocietypublishing.org\/doi\/full\/10.1098\/rsos.150221\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\">the Royal Society<\/a> noted that \u201cgroup singing can improve physical and mental health, as well as promote social bonding.\u201d An older paper by researchers from the <a class=\"TWoY9 itht3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/40285902?seq=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\">University of California<\/a> suggests that participating in choral singing \u201cis associated with strong increases of Immunoglobulin A,\u201d also referred to as immunoenhancement.
