The award, presented during the Awards Ceremony at the CSW\u2019s second annual 2015 Health &amp; Wellness Summit, held at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells this past October 9<sup>th<\/sup> through the 11<sup>th<\/sup>, identifies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Those who have made significant contributions to the mission of CSW<\/li>\n<li>Those who have served selflessly expecting little in return<\/li>\n<li>The acknowledgement is to give thanks and recognition to the individual for all their hard work and commitment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mr. Michel serves on the Board of Directors for the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin (CSW).
